First visit

Your first visit, in four steps

A first visit takes about 75 minutes. This is how it goes.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Choose a time on the booking page, or call or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us which hours work with your shift and who in your family would like to come; we can book two facials side by side.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Bring what you use at home, or photos of it, and anything you want us to know. There is no form to fill in ahead of time.

    • Your usual products, or photos of them

    • Anything you have paused or stopped using

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Come about ten minutes early. There is parking behind the building, and we message you which door to use.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

We talk first: your routine, your skin and what you want from the visit. Then your facial, in a quiet room. You can ask us to pause or stop at any point. A first visit takes about 75 minutes.

Services

What we do

Every service says how long it takes. The studio's prices show when you book.

Start here

If this is your first time, begin with one of these.

  • Skin consultation

    20 min

A conversation about your routine and your skin, and a close look under the lamp. We tell you what we suggest and in what order. No facial is done.

Facials

Each facial begins with a few minutes about how your skin feels that day.

  • Express facial

    30 min

Cleansing, a mask and moisturizer, sized for a long lunch or the gap in a split shift.

    Book: Express facial
  • Custom facial

    60 min

Cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a mask and a face massage, with the steps chosen for your skin that day.

    Book: Custom facial
  • Hydrating facial

    60 min

Layers of moisture, a soft mask and a slow massage, for skin that feels tight after long hours in air conditioning.

    Book: Hydrating facial

Prices follow the service and its length, and show on the booking page beside each one, before you confirm.

The consultation

A conversation before every first facial

We sit down together and talk about your routine, your skin and what your days are like. Then we tell you what we suggest and in what order, and you decide.

  • Twenty minutes, in Spanish or English

  • No pressure to book a facial

  • Bring a family member if you like
