First visit

Your first visit, step by step

A first visit takes about 75 minutes. Here is what happens, in order.

Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a time on the booking page, or call or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us which hours work with your shift and who in your family would like to come; we can book two facials side by side.

Step 2: What to bring
Bring what you use at home, or photos of it, and anything you want us to know. There is no form to fill in ahead of time.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come about ten minutes early. There is parking behind the building, and we message you which door to use.

Step 4: What to expect
We talk first: your routine, your skin and what you want from the visit. Then your facial, in a quiet room. You can ask us to pause or stop at any point. A first visit takes about 75 minutes.

Step 5: Afterward
We go over what to do at home and what to avoid for a day or two. You can book your next visit before you leave, or later on WhatsApp.

Fitting a facial around a shift

Coming off a night shift
Domitila opens at 7 a.m. Book the first hour of the day and you can be home to sleep before the afternoon.
Between two shifts
A 30-minute express facial fits a long lunch or the gap in a split shift. Tell us when you need to leave and we plan the visit around it.
Coming with family
Two facials can run side by side in the studio's two rooms, so a couple or a parent and an adult child finish together.
